The Hair Company Oakville Inc will work to elevate the perception of the beauty industry by growing and supporting all team members in the salon. We will strive to work closely with each team member to set and reach goals that will provide them a wealthy life. 

Our team knows the importance of staying connected with an ever changing industry, which is why we connect with a team of Redken educators. seasonally.  We  focus on all aspects of a salon, the techniques, new products & information and the business behind the chair.  Our team also is connected to Thrivers Society so that we are always inspired and supported
